Light.

We know they are stuck in darkness, we know they haven't seen the light of day in 447 days. We know many lost their lives in the dark and will never be able to see light again.
We know the saying “the light at the end of the tunnel” except those tunnels don't seem to have an end, and they most certainly do not contain any form of light.
We know they are the light, we know they are full of light, because we know them, they are ours, stolen from us. Filled with the purest of Love and the brightest Light! People who fought for peace, people who danced for peace, people who stood and fought for us to be able to keep our light safe.
What happens if you take a beautiful shining loving peacekeeping beam of light into the darkest of places? We know they have a light that can not be turned off! The light inside of each and every one of my brothers and sisters will not go out! They won't give in, they won't give up.
But we're here, stuck on the outside, stuck.
No, we aren't waiting for a miracle, because miracles aren't real and they don't just happen.
We need to get up, we need you to get up and ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING!
We need each and everyone one of you to stand, to fight, to make the effort, to take the time.
We too don't give in, we too will never give up. Not until every single one of our beautiful lights are back, in a world where they can be once again surrounded by light.
Here where we can all together fight the darkness together, and let the light be free, be whole.
